TYPES OF CLASSES

These Toddler and Pre-school sessions for 2 – 5 year olds incorporate lots of props such as a parachute, soft toys, bubbles, and scarves.

After School Club
Mondays 5pm
These sessions for preteens and teenagers will develop healthy habits and life skills. They will learn not only a variety of yoga poses, but also ways to calm and self regulate, building their resilience.

In schools
Primary aged children
Before school and lunchtime children's yoga and mindfulness clubs, timetabled and workshop sessions run at various local primary schools.

Family Yoga

A fun way to exercise and bond with your children. For children aged 5 + and Mum/Dad, Grandparent or carer.
(Children under 5 can be booked on if attending with an older sibling and adult.).
