Growing Wonder Power: Super Hero's are not the only ones with Super, or should I say, Wonder Powers! A series of sessions which will empower children, helping them to discover the 5 Wonder Powers that lie within by learning tools from Sara's 'Wonder Toolkit', which is full of yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing tools that children can use to discover their wonderful selves.
