Yoga Therapy and/or Mindfulness Well-being Sessions

Intervention, nurturing sessions for vulnerable / special needs / pupil premium children or target groups.  Increase pupils resilience, self awareness, co-ordination, and physical and emotional well-being.  Sara has experience of running pupil premium workshops and Yoga Therapy sessions in local schools.   Areas covered: mindfulness; breath awareness; emotional literacy; self awareness, regulation and control; behaviour and the brain; chill skills and heartfulness.

Wonder Workshops

One off or a series of well-being workshops for an individual class or for all classes.  

  • Chill Skills: Coping and calming techniques (can be used as pre-exam destress sessions) 

  • Mindfulness: Stop.Brethe.Be.

  • Wonder (Well-being) Warriors: Resilience 

  • Calm boxes

  • PE: Body Awareness and Control

  • Stretchy Stories: kinaesthetic story telling - link to a topic or theme

  • Little Wonders: Self Help/Awareness Tools - to develop healthy habits

  • This is Me: Self-Esteem Building

  • Calm Classrooms: chair yoga and quick mindfulness techniques

Choose one of the above options or design your own workshop for a special topic or themed day/week.

Extra Curricular Clubs

Sara is currently running popular Yoga and Mindfulness clubs in many local schools.  Add The Wonder Tree club to your school extra curricular activities.  It will teach life skills in a fun and healthy way.  Sara will deal directly with parents and provides a quick and easy online booking system as well as termly newsletters sharing information on yoga poses and calming/coping strategies taught.

Inset Days / Staff Meetings

Energise and relax your staff by adding a adult yoga and mindfulness session to your next inset day.

Book a children's yoga and/or mindfulness session for the staff at your school - by participating they can experience the benefits themselves.
