THE WONDER TREE

Children's yoga and mindfulness classes in Bishop's Stortford and the surrounding area.

Yoga does wonders for children’s self-awareness, self-esteem, resilience, energy, strength, concentration, co-ordination, balance and creativity.  It connects and exercises the 3 B's: Body, Brain and Breath.

Classes will exercise and empower children with a variety of activities including deep breathing games, yoga poses and challenges, yoga style party games, partner and group yoga and chill out time.

The classes will encourage children to develop healthy habits by teaching not only yoga postures, but also well-being life skills such as breath awareness, emotional literacy, self regulation, and coping and calming skills.

"Experiencing yoga in childhood will not only benefit children now, but also their future health and well-being." Sara Thompson, Founder of The Wonder Tree.

Sessions can either be yoga, mindfulness or well-being techniques or a combination of all of these.
