Primary school aged children will learn to embrace the philosophy 'healthy body, healthy mind'. The Wonder Tree children's yoga and mindfulness sessions will exercise your children's hearts, minds and bodies in lots of fun ways:
BREATH - deep breathing games and activities using lots of different props
MOVE - yoga postures, yoga flowing sequences, stretchy stories, yoga challenges, yoga disco
PLAY - yoga style party games, parachute yoga, group and partner poses
FEEL - emotional awareness activities, coping and calming techniques
CHILL OUT - eye pillows, massages, meditations, visualisations
