We all experience uncomfortable feelings from time to time, such as feeling worried, sad, upset, cross, frustrated, embarrassed, stressed, tired, etc. These feelings can make our thoughts cloudy and can stop us enjoying the what is happening now.
Try looking at a cloud. Take a slow, deep breath in and as you breath out imagine blowing your uncomfortable feeling into the cloud. You may want to do this a few times. Watch or imagine the cloud floating away with your uncomfortable feeling.
