We all experience uncomfortable feelings from time to time, such as feeling worried, sad, upset, cross, frustrated, embarrassed, stressed, tired, etc. These feelings can make our thoughts cloudy and can stop us enjoying the what is happening now.
Toddlers will often naturally move into Down Dog. It is a fabulous whole body stretch. I wonder what type of dog you will be?
1. Come onto all fours. Hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
2. Tuck your toes under, breathe in and send your hips up.
